Established in 2014, SafeFood4U is a family-owned and operated business based at Tweed Heads (NSW) that operates nationwide. We are a business that focuses on food safety through the application of auditing and the development of a food safety culture with our clients. We are dedicated to the development and implementation of food safety programmes that suit our client's requirements for the production of safe and wholesome food.
When working with SafeFood4U, you can be sure that we will be committed to providing the skills, knowledge, and attributes needed for food safety compliance (Food Standards Code & applicable state legalisation). Since our establishment, SafeFood4U has undergone significant growth which is evidence of our commitment and experience. Key industry sectors in which we work include aged care, meals on wheels, manufacturers, catering and childcare.

The business' sole auditor, Des, is a qualified high-risk auditor (Exemplar Global (RABQSA) Level 4 - All Scopes) and possesses accreditation with the following State Agencies: New South Wales Food Authority, Victoria Department of Health & Human Services, and Queensland Department of Health.

Des has developed his expertise through his work as a Regulatory Officer with the Department of Primary Industry (Meat & Biosecurity), the NSW Heath Department (Food Inspector) and the NSW Food Authority (Senior Compliance Officer). On top of this, Des also has served in the NZ and AUS militaries and brings this experience to the job.

Marie is a detail-oriented and organised manager at SafeFood4U. She excels at scheduling appointments, handling finances, and communicating with others. Marie's positive attitude and adaptability make her an invaluable asset to the team.
